Physical Release Form (PDF)

Physical forms are needed for Football players on Peewee, JV and Varsity only.  They are not needed for Cheerleaders.  Physical forms are due the first week of practices (First week of August)

 

We are still accepting registrations.

You can register online or through the mail.

 

Register before June 30, 2009 in order to avoid the $15 late fee.

Camp Registration Form (PDF)

Brunswick High School will be having a Football Camp for students entering Grades 4-8.  The camp will be held July 7 - 9, 2009 at Brunswick High School Stadium.  Register by Monday, July 6 with the attached registation form and save $10.
